Server error when accessing switches on the Dashboard
Hi Everyone,
I'm getting a "server error" message when I try to access switches on the Meraki Dashboard. I have so far narrowed it down to these two menu items;
- Switch>Monitor>Switches
- Network-Wide>Monitor>Topology
We have MS210s in our environment. I don't have this issue with MR devices on the same LAN segment as the switch.
Anyone else seeing the same?

There are no problems reported for today, have you tried in a different browser? If so, I suggest opening a support case.
I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Support case already opened. This issue was the same on Firefox, Edge and Chrome. I got confirmation from Meraki Support that this was reported by other customers too. Some work is being done on this issue. Now I can access switches again.
