SFP plus backward compatible with SFP

Hello,  i am using MS225 with 4X10G SFP + and on the other link i am using MS120 with 2x1G SFP. if i use 1G SFP on both side , i think there should not be any issue and i hope MS225 SFP + is backward compatible with 1G SFPs?

and i am using Fiber SX mode.

Yes, you can use a 1Gbps SFP module in an SFP+ port. By definition SFP+ ports are 1/10Gbps and either will work.

Yep backwards compatible - we took the 1GB SFP from our old Linksys SG unit and used it in the MS225's - has been running fine for over 8mths or so now.
