I think you should open a case with Meraki support.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

@Saravana we run out production networks with 15.x and haven't had any issues.  We use: 355-48, 355-24, 225-48, 210-48, 210-24, 120-48, 120-24, 120-8 and 220-8.
