Ping not working

I have created VLAN created on MS250 and laptop gets an IP address I. The range it should be. Able to ping the gateway no issues but to ping the laptop address fails

Can you test disabling the laptops firewall?

Can the laptop ping its gateway?

If so, can it ping outside of its subnet?
