I have cisco meraki connected with solar cells, Meraki found the inverter and the mac address of this inverter, but still I can not ping the ip address of this inverter, but I write all the information correctly in the inverter. I connected my laptop in the same socket to check if the internet works, so it works fine, but still can't ping the ip address from firewall and meraki.
which way can fix the problem?
