Anyone has a good documentations/ guidance to transfer  config  across manually or automatically. from c4500x and c2960 to Meraki MS410 , MS250.

How to config VLANs, portchannel, ACL, Qos, ospf, static routes etc. Thanks

Kind of a big deal

There is no documenttion to migrate a catalyst switch for a MS switch, but you can find everything what you want here.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

In the Meraki github there are several migration scripts to assist.

https://github.com/meraki/automation-scripts

There is no direct migration for a 4500 - as they have lots of slots, and an MS switch is effectively "one slot" - but you could modify the "migrate_cat3k" script to copy the different blades to different switches.
