Meraki switch cannot go online on cloud

Meraki switch cannot go online on cloud

Hi all,

Previously, we onboarded our Meraki switches on the cloud for POC. After the POC, we switch off the switches.

 

Months later, we switched back on, but the Meraki switch is not showing online on the Meraki cloud anymore.

We verified we have sufficient licenses and the switches can get DHCP and have access to the internet.

Does anyone have any idea? What should I do next?

Try restoring the switches to their factory settings.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

If you connect to the local status page, what does it say the problem is?

After the factory reset as suggested by @alemabrahao and checking the Local Staus Page as per @PhilipDAth . 

 

- Make sure the switch's management VLAN is configured correctly, or left blank if it should be untagged.
- Make sure there are no firewalls that could be blocking the switch's management traffic.
