Meraki : MS-130 + MS-95 highly available routes

Hello All,

We are trying to implement highly available routes to our Layer-2 MS 130 non stackable switches.

We would like make sure that MS130's that are connected to both the MX-95's can browser Internet in case of either of firewalls is unreachable.

The thought diagram is as follows

ITSupportAmagi_0-1755665825295.png

- We have two different ISP's connected each to two (2) different Meraki MX-95

Let us say MS130-01 is
- connected to MX-95-01 and has a primary route as 172.16.1.1
- also connected MX-95-02 and has a secondary route as 172.16.1.2
- The switch should only route to 172.16.1.2 if 172.16.1.1 not reachable
: Is this possible ?

Any design queues would help

How about if MX-95's are in HA pair (Active/Passive) and can we do LAG on MS-130 ?

You can LACP MS130 to MS130 (yes).  The MXs don't support LACP.

Meraki MX does not support LACP.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
