Meraki EVPN Fabric

Hi everyone,


I’m testing out the EVPN Fabric feature in the Meraki dashboard and running into an issue while selecting the network group. The dropdown shows “No matches found”, so I’m unable to proceed with the configuration.


What I’ve already checked/tried:

  • Verified switches are on the latest supported firmware

  • Added switches to a Switch-only network

  • Confirmed models in use:

    • C9300-24P

    • C9300-24UX

  • Devices are online and properly claimed in the org


Despite this, the network is not appearing in the EVPN Fabric selection dropdown.

Has anyone seen this behavior before?
Is there a specific prerequisite (organization setting, licensing, network type requirement, early access flag, etc.) that might cause the network group to not populate?



Appreciate any insights or pointers I might be missing.

If you've already checked everything and it appears to be okay, I suggest you open a support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Hi ReginaPhalenge, what version of firmware are you running? You’ll need to be on 17.18.2.
