MX450 to MS450

I have two MX450 and two MS450.  How can I connect the MX450 to the MS450?

Everything I have read and tested is the MS450 will not support a breakout cable to go from QSFP to SFP+.  Also the MS450 does not allow manual Link Configuration.

I have tried a QSFP to SFP+ converter in the MS450.  I get a link light on the MX450 side with the SFP+ adapter but no link like on the MS450 side.

I validated the SFP+ adapters work by linking the two MX450 together.

Take a look at the documentation.

But in other words you must connect via fiber SFP or twisted pair cable.

Thanks for the quick response but it does not address the physical hurdle of connecting the MS450 that only has QSFP ports to the MX450 that has no QSFP ports.

I got it. Connect them directly using a  Twinax Cable.

Thinking about it, I don't think it will be possible and you will have to have another switch between them like an MS425.

The MX450 has no QSFP ports or stacking ports.
