MS250 24 port and MS 15.21.1

Do if there are any issues with version 15.21.1 on switch MS 250. I have a customer that their pin pads connected to the switch just stopped working a not able to communicate with their server? They need to reboot the switch and thereafter, the pin pads star working again. I have checked the documents, and it appears that this version causes the following issues:

  • In some cases, devices connected to the switch ports may experience connectivity issues or reduced speeds.

  • This could be due to incompatibilities with the firmware of connected devices or auto-negotiation settings.

Can you please confirm?

Thank you.

You might encourage the customer to consider upgrading the firmware to stable release MS 17.1.4.

I think MS 15.21.1 was release in early 2023.

Hi @soypablocra,
On top of the upgrade suggested earlier, I would recommend to also collect packet captures on the ports where your pin pads are connected when the issue is happening, and/or call Meraki Support when the issue is happening so that they could do the necessary troubleshooting. But yeah, based on the known issues you found, this could definitely be a firmware issue.
