MS120-24P Factory Reset

Hello,

our new office includes a MS120-24P, the old owner of the office used the Meraki Cloud Configuration and they forgot to delete it from their account.

I tried a factory reset, but it connects directly to the cloud, when it has internet access and saves the configuration from the cloud again.

How can I delete the old meraki configuration to a local configuration or switch to my own Meraki Cloud Dashboard?

Thanks for your help.

You can't - you need to regain control of the switch.   The only way to do this is to have the original Admin remove it from their Dashboard Organization, so you can then claim it in yours:   https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Inventory_and_Devices/Using_the_Organization...
