There is no internet connection for my client.

Who is the default gateway of the network?

 I can not  resolve DNS name

Do you have any rule blocking the DNS, have you tried setting another DNS server like Umbrella?

The issue is I don't have the password of the forti , I can't see any more . Merak.just has SW and MR;
