Event Port RSTP role change on specific port on specific time everyday

I am new to cisco meraki I would really appreciate if anyone can help me resolving this.

I am seeing continuous Event Port RSTP role change for specific time 10-15minutes everyday on same time on specific port

You'll see that for any switchport that goes up or down. So, for example if the connected host goes into sleep/hibernate mode and shuts its network adapter off. I for example see it constantly for my iMac that goes to sleep when not in use.
