Copying port config

Is it possible to copy just a single port configuration from one switch to another?

I would probably use the API for this. 

First just GET the config from one port on one Serial, then PUT it back to the other port.

I single port - no (you would need to use the API like @Rebry says).  Personally, I'd just open up to windows side by side so you can see both the old and new port at the same time.
