Clarification on SFP Compatibility with MS130 Model vs MS130-x?

Hi All,

I’ve bought an MS130-24P, and looking at the Meraki SFP compatibility page, I see that my SFP is only listed as compatible with the MS130-X.

Considering that the same compatibility page lists the MS130 and MS130-X as if they were two different models, which is confusing. My question is: Is the SFP highlighted in purple compatible with my MS130 model?

The MS130 switches ending in "X" have 10Gbe SFP+ uplinks.

The switches without an "X" (like the MS130-24P) have 1Gbe SFP+ uplinks.

Not compatible.  You can not plug a 10Gbe SFP into a 1Gbe port.
