Change Management VLAN with a 'local' VLAN

Hello,

I'm currently facing an issue.

My both switch have an IP in the VLAN 1 (DHCP), Uplink on Sw01 Port10. I want to change this IP with a static IP on VLAN 182. The VLAN 182 is configured on my switch only. So I used those settings :

An IP on the VLAN 182 range.

IP of the Meraki MS on the VLAN 182

This configuration doesn't work. The switch management remain on VLAN 1 sending traffic for management trough de uplink interface.

Hi ,

Have you configured the vlan 182 under the page Switch -> Switch Settings -> VLAN configuration ->
Management VLAN ?

The switch attempts to apply the configuration, and if it can't talk to the Meraki Dashboard, rolls the change back restoring connectivity.

Maybe start by plugging a notebook into VLAN182 on that switch and verify it can get to the Internet.

We tried to connect a computer on VLAN 182. And this computer can reach internet.
