CRC Errors on MS225-24P - Canon CR-N500 PTZ Cameras

Hi, we have been trying to get to the bottom of an issue we are having with our 3 Canon PTZ cameras which are using POE on a Meraki MS225-24P switch.  We are seeing a high proportion of CRC errors on all 3 ports that the cameras are connected to.  We have already tried a different cable with no difference in the outcome.  Just wondered if there was anything else we could try?

Have you tried setting manual speed and/or duplex on the ports?

Yes we have already tried duplex and speed, wonder if changing the cable for one that is better shielded from noise? Although we have tried various cables.

Does it cause a video issue?  We have 5-6 older devices on our networks (including a couple of IP cameras) that persistently show CRC errors, but the user experience is unaffected.  Therefore we just ignore them! 😈

It doesn't but we do have an issue where the tally lights on the cameras go out of sync, so wondering if that issue is connected to this one also.  The cameras are pretty new so one would've thought they should be ok.
