AJA Kumo 1616 12G

I have a AJA Kumo 1616 12G device connected to the MX that become unresponsive after 24-48 hrs of being rebooted.

firmware are updated and doesn't have any firewall policies blocking it. not sure what is blocking it, works fine after 24-48 hrs of use and then just goes on an unresponsive state.

Does it have any logs or a management port you could examine to see what it is saying?

I suggest you open a support case with the Switch vendor, it doesn't seem to be a problem related to the MX.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.
