Video access by digital signage product

We would like to be able to access video cameras via a url to show the feed via digital signage. Which url should we use to pull the live footage from Meraki?

Under Settings on the Camera page you will need to enable the External RTSP stream. It will then provide you the path to connect to the stream. You then just need an application to receive the stream and interpret it. I'm trying to configure Axis T8705 to receive the feed from Meraki MV12W and there is seems to be an issue with pulling the stream. However, VLC does not have an issue with accessing the stream.

Would you know which settings to use with Axis T8705? alternatively, could you suggest any other decoder to access rtsp stream from Meraki?
