User access
I created a user account and once I sign in, I am getting the redirected you too many times message. This account I have set up to monitor only as it will be used to sign in in the front office space to look at the video walls for this school.

The message I am getting once I sign is:
the page isn't redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to the site.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
This happens on chrome, edge, and firefox.
I have the account setup as monitor-only, could that be the issue?
