MV32 Cloud streaming not work

Hi,

We have some MV32 and some MV72 Meraki Camera. From this afternoon cloud streaming (real time or video history play) not work only for MV32, MV72 work correctly. MV32 streaming is ok only from local network. Any idea? No firewall or ACL beetwen MV, PC, internet.

Some MV32 and some MV72 running firmware 5.0, some MV32 and some MV72 running firmware 4.18.1

The problem is the same regardless of the firmware and browser/client (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and from Meraki mobile App)

Have you opened a support case?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Have you tried giving one of the MV32 a reboot?

 

It sounds like you might have an issue with the shard you are on.  You'll need support to help with this.
