MV2 still unreachable after the power comes up

Hi Guys,

I have on site with one MX67W one MR33 and one MV2.

In the MR33 I had created 2 SSID to connect the MV2 Wireless profiles (Principal and Backup).

The costumer is facing some power issues that makes the whole network get´s down. When they the devices come back online, the MV2 get´s unreachable to the dashboard but is connect to the power, I guess is because we can´t establish a connection to MR33.

Is anyway to fix this issue?

Put a UPS on the MX67 to power it and the MR33 (assuming it is PoE from the MX), you won't need a large expensive one.

Hi, a UPS was suggested to customer. But that doesn't fix the problem when MV2 try to connect to SSID after the power gets down.

Try power it off. Bring it near the mr.  And power on.

Check the ap network if the mv try to connect to the ssid.

The MR is verry close from the MV.

I would plug the MV directly into a POE switch if you can and confirm that the unit is good. Continual power issues could have cause an issue with it.

For that you you need the additional hardware MA-PWR-ETH.

The problem here is, after the power come on, the camera get´s confusion and don´t know how to connect to SSID.
