MV12 Wall Mount Bracket

So far I have always mounted the MV12 to a wall, and just adjusted the camera to point at whatever I needed.

When would you use the wall mount arm?  I don't understand what problem it solves.

Mounting arm allow for more of a straight down angle than wall mounted and used when you don't have a ceiling you can use.

I've only ever seen these brackets used outsdoors.

It's very tiring to hold up the camera with your own arm.
