The models you'll want to consider are the MV12N or 12W, MV22 or 22X, MV32, MV93 or 93X. The entire family is of Cameras and datasheets are located here https://meraki.cisco.com/products/smart-cameras/models/.
All of these models have IR lighting for low light/dark scenes which MDFs typically will have when no one is in there. The next thing to consider is what is your required field of view and placement of the camera(s). For example, a camera pointed at a doorway could be a MV12N (narrow field of view). Whereas when you need broader/wider field of view coverage you'd want to deploy a MV12 or MV22.
The MV22 and 22X have optical zoom and an adjustable aperture. The zoom is helpful for dialing in the field of view and pulling in objects for better resolution. The adjustable aperture is helpful in low light situations to find the right balance of lighting and image noise.
The MV93 is a fisheye camera and is useful for covering 360º. This can be useful for a single camera view of an entire space. Keep in mind with a fisheye comes some sacrifices and if you need high resolution or zoomed views of specific areas you'd want to use a MV12 or MV22.
Meraki Cameras use onboard storage to retain video. So, this is one other area to consider when choosing the right model for your needs. If you require longer term retention look to the MV22X which has 512GB of storage.
Most deployments will end up using a mixture of models to best fit diverse scenes (indoor, outdoor, high zoom, large coverage areas, etc).
