How often MV camera detect the motion? 

Especially , tell me about the information that can be obtained by API , please.

If you are using MQTT, every couple of hundred ms.

If you are using motion recap and email alerts or webhooks a set of motion events get merged into one frame and you get sent that.  Maybe every 1 to 5 minutes.
