I'm trying license plate recognition with an MV72 at a parking entrance.
A python script subscribes to the camera's MQTT topic to receive vehicle detection messages.
But there a quite a few useless vehicle detection MQTT messages because there is a road in the background.
So I'd like to know a bit better how "vehicle detection" on the MV72 can be tuned?
- Is there interaction between vehicle detection and "areas of interest" and sensitivity for motion detection?
I can use privacy windows to block out some areas of the camera view (street in the background), but that seems to hamper also the recognition of cars in the foreground.
