After missing a feature that was on firmware 4.18 which included network port identification. After being upgraded to firmware version 5.0 that feature went missing. I put in a ticket and was told to upgrade to the beta version of 5.1 to get the network information back. I set the update to run last night and all of my cameras came back up but a few on different networks. I am able to ping the IP address, and I am able to see video (although a couple of the cameras have been flipped), but on the dashboard, those cameras are showing offline. I have submitted a ticket to Meraki about this issue.
