Allowing user to see live video - based on time?

We have a situation where we would like a user to be able to view live footage from our cameras, but only from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  Is that possible?

I don't believe this is possible. If you're using MS switches you could put the cameras on an MS Port schedule... but that would also mean your cameras are powered down outside of 8-4:30.
