Weekly Sensor Report

I am trying to find a way to automate a weekly Temp/Humidity report to be emailed to users. Attached below is what I would like to send but I am unable to find a way to accomplish this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It would be helpful to have a way to schedule this report, as with the Organisation Summary report.
