Testing to block all stream video categories via content filtering.
 How to whitelist the only youtube to be accessible.

try with *youtube.com in allow list url pattern. no luck

I think you'll be better of trying to do this with L7 firewall rules.  Block all the options in the video category EXCEPT YouTube.

There is a larger list of URL's required for youtube.
