no data collected

My MX64 has been collecting data ok up until recently.

Network Wide-Clients

In the Client view, the circle is greyed out.

If I click on a client, show data it says Insufficient data.

If I goto Network-Wide General, Traffic analysis is enabled.

We have a few MX68 and i'm seeing the same issue. I've logged a call with support. Feedback is the customer didn't use any applications. 80% of our traffic is to microsoft for mail

Hi,

I have enabled Traffic analysis 4 days ago and have the exact same error messag "No data collected". We're around 25 people connected to the network and around 100Gb of data is going through the Firewall everyday. I can't believe no enough data is collected.

Please keep us posted.

Thanks!
