have a specific http url go through a proxy

Is it possible in meraki to have a specific http url go through a proxy? Currently we're using foxyproxy to do this as it can whitelist urls for a proxy and were wondering if we could just do that in our meraki mx100.

You would need to configure this up in the users web browser.  You would need to create a WPAD script.
