changing vlan ID and name

Hi,

I have set up my network and now I want to change the vlan name and the vlan ID (for example 15--1150).
I think that changing the vlan name it want be a problem but changing the vlan id will cause a network down' right?

Yes, changing the name will not cause a problem, changing the VLAN ID may cause unavailability depending on how your network is configured.
