assign a specific backup wan to one vlan

hi,

i have a cisco router rv345 ( 16 ports)

current setup ( gui only not familiar with cli) :

- 2 wan connections

  - 1 coax 350mbps as the primary    connection

2- lte router max 5mbps only to be used for backup

 - 3 vlans ( on separate subnets 1 2 &3 )

how do I configure the router so that the second wan ( slow lte connection) only serves say vlan 3. is there an easy way that would save me from having to learn cli?
