Z4C - Wan status stays Not connected (Static ip) and changes from Static to Dynamic automaticly

Hello,

I have a internetline with a Fix IP and when we configure a laptop with the ip's we got from the provider we have internet.

Now we have connected the ISP to the internet port of the Z4C

When I change the Z4C (already connected with cellular) it's uplink WAN to static with the same ip's, it stays disconnected and changes to dynamic again after few minutes.

Any idea what could be the reason ? since I'm sure the ip info is correct (working with pc direct connected).

Are you using the same IP address on the Z4C as you where on the notebook?

Yes , 100% correct and verified
ip, subnet, gateway, dns ....

I have just asked onsite to do a complete factory reset of the Z4C... and this did the job..

So, for everyone experiencing the same thing..... 
Just give it a try !
