Z3 wan port

My wan port on the Z3 is displaying Virtual. I cannot ping any internal sites. How can I change the wan to dynamic?

Getting noticed

Was it working before? Have you enabled the warm spare for z3? go to organization>change log and find out if anyone has done some changes.

Just my 2 cents: teleworkers don't have warm spare functionality ;).

From the Z3 dashboard select the Uplink tab and then click on the pencil to the right of the WAN heading and when the WAN configuration panel opens, change "CONFIGURED AS" to Dynamic

The WAN configuration panel does not open on this Z3 and I checked a working Z3 and I am getting the same results.

Can you post a screenshot of what you do see?

Can you post a screen shot of the "working" Z3C? I'd like to investigate that "virtual" option.

Is this the first time the Z3C has been configured/used?

First time set up should be done using a wired connection, not the LTE modem.
