Z3 Green in Dashboard, 50mbs thruput on dashboard. connected PC & iPhone devices but no internet?

Puzzled by this one.  Recently handed out Z3 to a colleague.  The Z3 registered with the dashboard and the config says it is up to date and shows up Green.  User can select the SSID on both a PC and iPhone and they are getting IP's.  Dashboard is showing 49.5mbs connection throughput across the VPN. However, both the PC and phone show "connected/no internet" & user cannot get anywhere on either intranet or internet. Tried both Wireless and Wired.  Traceroute from dashboard to 8.8.8.8 worked fine! He has Fiber ISP connection provided by Windstream. Not sure if it is an internal setting on his home router preventing traffic from passing.  Any guidance would be appreciated!

What does your address and vlan config look like?

Does the computer get an IP address, and if so, can they ping the default gateway?

Yes, both the PC and the Iphone are getting DHCP ip's from the RFC1918 10.X.Y.Z/28 VLAN 2 we have set up for each individual network.  I assume the default gateway is +1.  Have not tried pinging that yet to tell the truth.  Just swapped out the Z3 for another device on the off chance something was wrong with the unit.  User is going to set it up tonight and we will go from there.   Thanks for the quick response!

The default gateway is whatever IP address is assigned to the Z3 LAN.  You'll be able to see this on the addressing page.

Are you using the Z3 for DHCP?  If so, it will automatically give out itself as the default gateway.

Can the machine with the issue ping its configured default gateway?

If so, can it ping 8.8.8.8?

If so, can it ping google.com?
