Which speed is supported with MX105 mgig port?

Hi experts,

Anyone knows which speed is supported with MX105 2.5G mgig port?

In my opinion mgig should be 10/100/1000mbps, but never seen 10mbps on MX.

Is it 100/1000/2500, or 10/100/1000/2500?

I believe the MX95/105 models support 1Gbps & 2.5Gbps on the mGig WAN ports.

That's basing it off the RJ-45 LED behavior here - https://documentation.meraki.com/MX/MX_Overviews_and_Specifications/WAN_behavior_on_MX75%2F%2F85%2F%...

That said, I've never tested so can't be sure.

To my knowledge, 10Mbps was abandoned by all vendors on MGig ports. But I never tested it.

It certainly doesn't work on any Cisco device I've tried, or any Broadcom based port...

Hi cmr, in MS switches, RJ45 port can support 10/100/1000BASE-T, that's why I'm hesitant about the speeds supported by mx.

@siyzhao the mGig ports on the MS355-48X and the MS130-12X both only let you set negotiation down to 100Mbps.  I'm 99% sure we had to use the 1G ports for 10Mbps devices when we replaced the old Cisco 3850s.
