We have been having issues also. I even updated firmware waited a half hour, rebooted the mx64 and still nothing. I also noticed the ports graphic on the page won't load today.
Okay, let me clarify: client VPN for our network (located in Europe/Germany) is working again. Meraki cloud authentication and cloud services are also working.
It still shows unresolved on the status page, and nobody in my org can connect yet. So maybe it is sporadically working, or maybe some customers are starting to come up. Good news regardless if they are getting a handle on it.
