We have been experiencing stange issue with Webhook and VPN Tunnel Connectivity Change notifications.
Ours is a high density / high alerting environment and when ever there is a quick flap to our hub locations it looks like Meraki Dashboard isn't generating True events. Now these true events are tied to our ticketing sytem and if there is no true event recieved then we end up having hundreds of incidents in our bucket.
We have verified our tools and can confirm with sureity that its not the tool or middleware dropping the alerts.
There is a TAC case rasied however it doesn't looks like they too fully understand whats going on.
Just reaching out to community to know if anyone else experiencing this ? Is there a bug that we aren't aware about ? Any workaround possibly ?
