VPN SSL BLOC

Please can someone help me?
I have an MX84 Enterprise license.
My HQ has an SSL VPN.
When users connect through the VPN it automatically disconnects but not when connecting to their home.
So it's my configuration that blocks this VPN, but I can't find how to authorize it

You can't use AnyConnect to an MX when you are already inside of the network, behind that same MX.

If the users are not home when it is failing - where are they?

when it uses a connection other than our wifi. So their traffic does not go through the meraki
