VPN Error

hello, has anyone here ever experienced a VPN unable to connect to Meraki for your information i am using windows 10 as my  operating system , I need help to resolve this error

First, check the configuration o the client device. If everything ok, check the Windows event viewer and find the reason code error.

Run "rasphone.exe" and connect using that.  It provides better error messages.  Then use the troubleshooting guide that @alemabrahao has given and look up what causes that error.
