URL Blocked via Content Filtering

I have a scenario here where a URL is being blocked by the MX under the 'Content filtering blocked URL'.

Client access is controlled via group policy.

I have added the URL into the 'Allow listed URL patterns' and the MX stopped blocking it.

Is there a way to include this URL into 1,000 networks at once? Or do I need to go network by network and edit the group policy?

If you don't use templates only via API.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

This.  Exactly what @alemabrahao has said.

At your scale, you really should invest some time in learning to use Python and the API.  It will save you a lot of time on day to day management of the network.

The Meraki Developer site has a "Getting Started" section (keep clicking on "Python").

If I were your boss, I would allocate some of your time to this for your professional development.  🙂

At this point  would go down the path of APIs. One thing I noticed when moving stand alone networks into a template the subnets are reset and you have to reconfigure those subnets again. It is unknown if your "networks" can be grouped together or how many templates you would need to meet the goal here.
