Trouble unblocking a URL

I have a URL that I'm having trouble unblocking.

I placed the url in the Allow URL list but it is still getting blocked.

Is there another place I have to put it as well?

Can you provide some more information (and/or screenshots) about the URL, what you've placed in the URL allow list, and the block page that you're seeing?

Thanks for your response.  The URL is http://scarleteen.org.  In the URL allow list, I put scarleteen.org.

After I put the URL in the allow list, I got this message.  So I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong now.

It looks like the webpage is either doing a redirect or loading an iframe which is blocked - itfbodn.com
