Summary reports showing 100% MX device utilisation - What is this referring to?

We have a very large estate of MX67s and many are showing 100% utilisation  in the summary reports.

Anyone know what this is actually referencing. Backplane capacity maybe / Firewall throughout?

We have many sites exceeding the MX67's recommended client capacity of 50. Is this what it's referring to?

Many thanks in advance.

@BazMonkey that part of the report just shows the percentage that each device contributes to the total.  If you have one device then it will always be 100%.  Lower down in the report is the actual device utilisation.

Usage is a rolling average of the load on the CPU core(s) that our packet forwarding engine runs on. 100% on its own isn't necessarily an issue, unless you're noticing concerning amounts of packet queuing or loss.
