Skype for Business QoS in MX64

Dear all,

For the last months we are struggling to ensure QoS in S4B, we have been able to improve by adding all the URL, IPs and Ports that MS recommends for S4B:

https://docs.microsoft.com/es-es/office365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?redirectSourcePath=...

However we are still having problems. Since we are only using IPv4, do we need to also add the IPv6 ips  of that link?

I would appreciate it if someone with the knowledge could verify if the rules that we are using (attached) are the good ones for MX65.

Thank you very much in advance.

In fact the problems that we are having are call drops after several minutes but the situation improved a lot with the priorization I told you.

Kind of a big deal

Are you trying to apply this on the WAN link or an SSID?
If it is on the WAN link, is this going out to the Internet (looks like it based on the IP information), or over a VPN tunnel?

Unless I'm not awake yet and my brain isn't fully functional, marking traffic to the Internet is useless as it doesn't honor QoS markings. However traffic over a VPN tunnel will be honored by the MX.

I see you have Priority set to high, which is really the only thing you can do (that I can think of). This applies to upload traffic only, so make sure you have the bandwidth slider on the traffic shaping page for upload speeds set accordingly.
