Salesforce.com still blocked

Hi,

on Layer 7 rules (Global) I did set "Business Management" as Deny which salesforce.com category falls. My objective is to block all business management and allow only salesforce.com.

I did create an exception on whitelist but it did not work. any tips?

You won't be able to do that.  Once you put a L7 block in place - it's blocked.

@PhilipDAth is correct, you would not be able to create a whitelist exception when using L7 category blocking on the MR. You would need to create rules blocking the individual business management domains, as opposed to blocking the entire category. Luckily there are only 11 sites total in that category (including SalesForce) so you would just need to create 10 individual rules to block those sites.
