SSL v3 Blocked?

I have a device that is trying to send out email alerts using SSL v3. (I realize that SSL v3 has been deprecated and is now longer used, however, the company that manufactures the device hasn't released the updated firmware with TLS yet) The email alerts from the device aren't able to go out. Does Meraki's MX 64 Firewall block Outbound SSL v3 protocols?

Go:

Security Appliance/Security Centre/Events

And see if it shows up.

By default, the Meraki Security appliance should not try to block general types of applications or traffic. User PhilipDAth is correct in saying that you should look at the Security Center first because the most likely cause is that IDS/IPS thinks that this traffic has a potentially malicious fingerprint. If this is a false positive, you can whitelist this traffic from the security center as well,
