SD-WAN - default route checkbox

hi guys,

I‘ve a question regarding the auto-vpn default checkbox on a spoke mx!

does this setting mean, that the default route is always present in the spokes routing table or will it go inactive if some communication problem between the hub&spoke occur?

if the route will “time out“ is traffic than routed/natted over the local internet (gateway route) access?

Yes its always present. It can go inactive and use another default route from inside the tunnel.

But it doesnt  fall back to local internet
